Refunds: there is a no cash refund 

Exchange: You will have 5 business days to exchange the product. You are responsible for shipping and handling. If you are local I can pick the hair up and exchange it for you just email me at [email protected]. If you over process the hair (ex. Over bleaching, burning the hair, using harsh chemicals.) there will be no exchange.

Proof of purchase: In order to receive an exchange you would have to provide an receipt or an cash app receipt.

 Shipping: please be mindful that we are in COVID and usps is behind on shipping. If there is a delay I will contact you about your order and keep you informed.
